A Google Calendar appointment schedule creates a booking page from which people can select available times. It is different from inviting guests to an event you have already scheduled. Use the computer web interface and an eligible account to configure the booking workflow.
Start the schedule
In Calendar on a computer, choose Create > Appointment schedule. Enter a useful title and review the appointment duration, availability, time zone, and calendar selection. Google’s guidance says the title is visible to people who can access the booking link.
Complete the booking settings
Review the scheduling window, date exceptions, and settings for booked appointments. Continue with Next to configure the booking page, including location or conferencing, description, and booking form. Features offered can depend on the account’s eligible subscription.
Check required guest information and any available confirmation or reminder settings. A co-host, room, and destination calendar have different roles; do not treat one selection as proof that every participant’s availability has been checked.
Save and inspect the public-facing page
Choose Save, open the booking page, and inspect its title, account identity, dates, and available times before sharing. Google’s guidance says booking pages are public to anyone who has the link, while the underlying calendar is not automatically shared. Avoid placing confidential information in the title or description. Check a representative booking path without submitting an unwanted appointment. A visible schedule block in your own calendar is not enough to verify the visitor’s experience. Confirm that the page offers only the intended times and clearly explains how the appointment will take place.
