What you can do with the meeting and work timer.

Use countdown, Pomodoro, 0.1-second stopwatch, and per-presenter time limits in one screen. Display remaining time large in fullscreen for meeting room monitors or online presentations.

Remaining time is calculated from the scheduled end time and the actual current time, so even if browser rendering is temporarily delayed, seconds drift is unlikely to accumulate. Settings and records are not sent externally and disappear when the page is closed.

Always show end time

At start, show the scheduled end time so you can compare it with the current meeting progress.

Pomodoro segment management

Set work, short break, long break, and rounds, and clearly show the current segment.

Check overtime per presenter

Paste names and minutes to record each presenter’s schedule, results, and overtime.

Share remaining time fullscreen

Show only large numbers readable from a distance and the current segment name.

How to use the meeting countdown.

  1. Set time and namesUse names that participants understand, such as “Q&A” or “Remaining time.”
  2. Share end time before startingFirst, check the meeting end conditions and extension rules.
  3. Press StartUse pause only for time excluded from measurement, such as breaks or equipment issues.
  4. Use fullscreen if neededDisplay numbers on the meeting room screen or presenter monitor.
  5. Check end sound and overtimeIn environments without sound, rely on the screen display and share the overtime display when extending.

Pomodoro basic settings

A common setting is 25 minutes of work and 5 minutes of break repeated 4 times, followed by a 15–30 minute long break. However, the ideal focus length varies by work type, such as phone calls, writing, development, or meetings. Don’t fixate on 25 minutes; adjust to a length that doesn’t interrupt work too often.

Enabling auto-start also advances breaks automatically. If you leave your seat, you may miss the end sound, so avoid using it right before important appointments. This tool does not integrate with OS notification centers or calendars.

How to run per-presenter timer

PhaseControlsCheckpoint
PrepEnter “Name, minutes” per lineCheck if total fits meeting time
StartStart with current presenterCheck display names and time slots
TurnPress next presenterRecord remaining time or overtime as results.
EndAfter last presenter, go nextCopy the schedule and results to review them.

With auto-advance, the display switches even if Q&A continues. Some meetings are better run with the chair explicitly handing over.

Notes on background and screen lock.

Browsers reduce screen updates for background tabs. This tool corrects using time differences, but the end sound may not play exactly on time. For critical measurements, keep the tab in the foreground, disable screen lock, or use an additional official clock.

Browsers that support fullscreen use the Fullscreen API. Even if unsupported, in-page fullscreen is available. To exit, use the “Exit fullscreen” button on screen or the Esc key.

If end sound doesn’t play

Browsers cannot play sound before user interaction, so the end sound is prepared after you press the start button. Check device volume, mute, Bluetooth output, and browser site-specific audio settings. You can also choose a visual-only mode during meetings.

Process without sending time info

Timers, laps, presenter names, schedule/results, and end sounds are processed in your browser. Meeting or presenter names are not sent to or stored on a server. Reloading the page loses in-progress time and records.
