Sharing one Google Calendar booking page directs people to a particular appointment schedule. It is different from sharing your calendar or sending a meeting invitation. Choose the specific page so visitors are not unintentionally offered unrelated services or schedules.
Find the intended booking page
On a computer, locate Booking pages in Calendar’s left sidebar. Identify the schedule by its title and open its options. Google’s sharing guidance provides a Copy link route for the selected booking page.
Review what the link exposes
Open the copied link and inspect the title, description, account name, photo where shown, booking form, and offered times. Google says anyone with the link can view the booking page. That does not automatically give them access to the underlying calendar’s event details.
Keep a single-page link separate from website embedding options that can present multiple booking pages. Do not assume that a link copied from your owner interface is necessarily the specific visitor route you intended.
Verify availability and maintenance
Check several dates and confirm the current scheduling window. Review any copied description or contact instruction before distribution. If you later hide the schedule’s block from your Calendar grid, Google’s editing guidance says the booking page can remain bookable. Hiding is therefore not a way to withdraw a shared page. Use the appropriate schedule maintenance or deletion workflow when bookings must stop, and handle existing booked appointments separately. The completed sharing step should establish one clear visitor destination and its current availability rather than treating a copied URL as proof that the entire booking process has been verified.
