The maximum advance booking window limits how far into the future a Google Calendar appointment page offers times. Use it when a service’s future hours are uncertain. This is different from setting a permanent end date for the entire recurring schedule.
Find the advance booking control
On a computer, create or edit the Appointment schedule and open Scheduling window. Inspect the setting that limits how far in advance appointments can be booked. Check that you are editing the correct page rather than another similarly named schedule.
Choose a realistic horizon
Set the available maximum advance period to match how confidently you can maintain the schedule. Review the minimum notice separately. Google’s availability guidance treats these as different boundaries: one affects distant future appointments and the other affects approaching start times.
If bookings should end on one specific date, inspect the recurring schedule’s start and end dates as well. A rolling booking horizon and a fixed final date solve different scheduling problems.
Verify the page’s boundary
Save and inspect dates just inside and beyond the intended future limit. Check the page’s displayed time zone, ordinary availability, and date exceptions when interpreting an empty day. A day without slots may be restricted by conflicts or another rule, not the advance window alone. Review existing bookings separately rather than assuming a shorter future horizon cancels appointments already made. Keep visitors informed through an accurate page description. The completed configuration should offer only the dates you are prepared to maintain while leaving existing confirmed arrangements under a deliberate, separate management process.
