Codex Resets, Usage Limits & Offers: What to Check

WISECHECKER / AI CHECK

A reset is not always an offer.

Separate normal Codex usage resets from announced resets and claimable offers. Check eligibility, expiry and the official source before taking action.

Verified claimable offers

No claimable offer has been verified in this edition.

This is not proof that no offer exists. Check the official app and original announcement. We do not predict the next reset or reproduce unverified claim links.

Identify the kind of reset first

01 / NORMAL USAGE

Your usual reset window

Your account may show several allowances. Read the actual reset time beside the relevant allowance rather than assuming a new calendar day restores everything.

Refresh the usage view and confirm the signed-in account before changing a subscription.

02 / PROVIDER ACTION

An announced reset

A provider may announce a one-off reset. The post needs a publication date and an explicit scope. It is not a recurring schedule, a guaranteed reset for every account or a reward you necessarily need to claim.

03 / REWARD

A claimable or banked benefit

Look for the current offer inside the official product. Check who qualifies, what action earns it, when it expires and whether it affects the allowance you have exhausted.

What to check in official usage guidance

Identify your sign-in method and the allowance consumed by the task. Check whether local work, cloud work and other features share that allowance. Do not convert an API token price into a guaranteed number of subscription tasks.

For a referral, look for the current reward and eligibility in the official product. We do not assume an older invitation campaign is still running.

Before following a reset announcement

  1. Open the original provider or named staff announcement, not a cropped screenshot or repost.
  2. Check its publication time, affected product, plan and region. An undated claim is not a current offer.
  3. Check the official account UI for eligibility and any required action. Do not give this site your password, API key or reset token.
  4. Distinguish the reward deadline from the next ordinary usage reset. If the time zone is missing, do not invent one.
  5. If the message and your account disagree, record the discrepancy and use provider support. A public announcement cannot inspect your account.

Announcements by Tibo (Thibault Sottiaux) can be relevant source material, but this edition does not certify a currently claimable Tibo offer. There is no reset prediction countdown.

Evidence and update policy

This independent reference is checked against provider documentation during editorial preparation, with software assistance. It is not an account-level test or a head-to-head benchmark. Prices, access notes and updates share one catalog, so a reviewed correction can flow to all five pages. Fetching a page or saving an edit does not, by itself, renew its verification date.

Each record has an explicit review deadline, no more than seven days after its check. Overdue records are labeled and excluded from price-based recommendations. Offers with an explicit expiry stop displaying as active after that time. Missing evidence means “not verified,” not “free,” “unavailable” or “no incident.”

Official sources establish documented terms; your provider account and local checkout establish your actual access and charge. We do not inspect either. There is no universal model ranking, automated publication of scraped claims or promise of continuous human coverage.
