Why Discord Forum Channel Required Tags Block Post Creation

   Look at the tag chips. Required tags have a small lock icon next to their name. If you do not see a lock icon, the tag is optional. You must select at least one required tag, but you can also select multiple tags if needed.

2. Go to Posting Permissions
   In the left sidebar, click Posting Permissions. This section contains options for who can create posts and whether tags are required.
